But we’re a limited team that manages a big number of support requests – with clients in more than 120 countries. To offer quality call support to all our clients around the world would add significantly to the price we’d have to charge for our services. It would also make it near impossible to offer you with a TIME & COST saving solution.

More importantly, we truly believe that we wouldn’t be able to provide the same effective assistance over the call. Email and Skype Live Chat offer the best way for us to help you because:

  • We can send you links, screen captures, etc.
  • We can track all support requests.
  • We can route complex questions to the appropriate staff member.
  • We can investigate complex questions without putting you on hold.
